Do you ever stop to consider ironing your clothes while you travel? I mean, why bother right? No cares about you, they don’t know who you are, nor do you care to know about strangers that much. However, still, you should care to iron your clothes and look your best. Here’s why.

PEOPLE JUDGE YOU BASED ON APPEARANCE
Try going to a nice restaurant or perhaps a nightclub if you like to party. Notice how people will treat you based on what you are wearing. Alright, forget about those, but even if you are shopping and enjoying your day, people will judge based on what you are wearing.
I am assuming you want to be treated with respect and given the time of the day when you are getting a service. Well if you don’t respect yourself, then others are not going to respect you either, so you better have the respect for youself to present yourself in the possible way, which includes ironing your shirts and clothes.
BUSINESS MEETINGS & DATES
If you are not ironing your clothes for business meetings or for that hot date, you are ruining your chances of success. Who wants to make business or date with a slob and a lazy bum. You may actually be hardworking and a nice person, but people are making quick judgments based on small details.
So even if deep down you are not what you seem, it still sends the message that you are lazy and not willing to put in the effort.
SO, if you will be meeting up with someone for a hot date or planning on closing that deal, you better iron clothes and look sharp 😉
YOU FEEL GOOD WHEN YOU LOOK GOOD
There is something I noticed while I was traveling. Usually I am more of a reserved person and keep things to myself. However, while I was traveling I tended to talk with people and became a totally different person.
One of the things that helped me was the clothes that I was wearing. I wasn’t usually wearing your drab and dull clothes that I wore back home. I was wearing clothes that were new, clean, and something that fit my style.
That style, that fashion in return gave me confidence because I knew I looked good and was well dressed compared with the locals.
You might think it’s not a big deal or believe that confidence is supposed to come from within. Well try looking like a train wreck and try to feel confident about yourself. I am willing to bet you will be much more confident if you had those six pack abs or if you suddenly became Hollywood level beautiful.
So where am I going with this, well… You feel confident when you look good. Being clean and well groomed makes you look good. So the simple act of ironing your clothes will make you confident. If your shirt was all wrinkly, wouldn’t you feel self-conscious and wonder what other people are thinking of you?
